JOYFUL WOMEN’S COMMUNITY  respects your privacy. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily provide it, such as when you provide email contact information to subscribe to the website, email list newsletter, send feedback or register for one of the courses, or respond to a survey.

If you voluntarily provide your email address or other contact information, we might also use it to inform you of changes to the website, to survey you about your use or opinion of Joyful Women’s Community, or to ask for your support. At your request, we will remove your contact information from our files.

We do not make your contact information or any other personally identifiable information available to anyone outside Joyful Women’s Community or its service providers (who use the information only for authorized  Joyful Women’s Community purposes) unless we are legally required to do so.

In addition to the above, we collect certain anonymous (non-personally identifiable) information to help us improve the website and to evaluate the access and use of Joyful Women’s Community website  materials and the impact of Joyful Women’s Community on the internet:

We collect the information you provide about your use of and satisfaction with Joyful Women’s Community through the email you send us, through the website feedback form, website surveys, and whether or not you voluntarily include your contact information.

We may use web analysis tools built into the Joyful Women’s Community website to measure and collect anonymous session information.

We also use “cookies” to improve your website experience and to collect anonymous information about how you use Joyful Women’s Community. However, cookies are not required for this website’s use. If your browser is configured not to accept cookies, you will still be able to access Joyful Women’s Community and its content.

When we report information about this website.  Access, use, and impact, we report aggregate, non-personally identifiable data. Occasionally, we report quoted feedback from users. We do not attribute feedback to specific individuals unless we obtain permission to use that person’s name along with the feedback.

Membership and Payment

Members are required to pay for their membership at the time of purchase and then every month following on the same date each month. We may terminate your membership and remove you from the Joyful Women’s Community website if your payment fails and we are unable to contact you to collect payment. All products and materials within the membership are the property of Coach Billie C & Joyful Women’s Community. They are not to be reproduced or distributed.

If we are unable to process your membership payment successfully, you will be notified by email, and our system will retry using the existing payment method you added.  In addition to process any outstanding debt, we reserve the right to manually retry this payment(s) on any current payment method or any new payment methods you add to your account.

Joyful Women’s Community is not liable for late fees or reclaimed failed payments by Stripe. For members making their monthly membership payments through Stripe, it is your responsibility to ensure your bank card details listed on the membership site are up to date and correct. Additionally, should you cancel your membership with  JWC, it is your responsibility to ensure your recurring payment is canceled.

Please make yourself aware of Stripe’s Privacy Policy if this is your chosen payment gateway for your membership.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds Policy

Membership:

You may cancel your membership at any time by accessing your membership profile inside JWC Membership Dashboard or by emailing our support team at support@coachbilliec.com . Allow three business days for cancellation.

You must close your membership before your renewal date in order to prevent any charges to your account. Joyful Women’s Community does not offer refunds for any membership fees paid.

Once membership is canceled, it will promptly end the following month on the day you originally signed up for membership. After that time, you will be removed from the membership database.

Upgrade to Membership

Existing or returning members may upgrade their membership inside the membership area on the member’s dashboard. All membership fees are based on a sliding scale model, and members have complete control of upgrading or decreasing their membership fees. If you need assistance, contact  support@coachbilliec.com

Membership Content and Courses:

The Company Coach Billie C., provides members with supplemental courses, programs, and material. These materials are available as long as membership is current. Use of these products are (exclusively) for your personal use. These courses, programs, and materials may not be reproduced or used in your private or business programs without written consent from Coach Billie Crutcher and the company Coach Billie C.

Member agrees not to create any derivative work based upon the Membership Content or Courses. You shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the Membership or Course content provided. Not following the above shall be a breach of these terms and conditions.

No refunds are given for a Course you have ordered, as you shall be immediately granted instant access to the course materials. We cannot reverse this access. We lay out what you will be getting from a particular course on the sales page before purchase; this will give you a complete understanding of what to expect within the course.
